Depending on how much you indulged on vacation, follow the detox program for three days or more and get rid of extra pounds and retention.
Wedding season
Are you ready to put your goals into action after the beneficial summer break? This detox program will boost your effort. Good hydration, vitamins and nutrients from drinks and specific diet will give you brighter skin, fight retention and help you lose weight without feeling “empty” of energy.
The plan
To see results from the detox program, you should adopt it for at least three days. If you want, in addition to retention, to lose weight, continue this diet for two or more weeks, always provided that you are not facing any health problem. For your food, make choices mainly from the group of foods that are allowed in the detox and avoid completely or significantly limit those that are prohibited. Add to your program detox juices and vegetable-based soups that hydrate the body and fight retention and the “orange peel” look.
Tip: Coffee – like alcohol – has no place in the detox program. But if you drink enough, don’t cut them with a “knife”, because you can have headaches, nausea and low energy.
what to eat
Enrich your daily diet with combinations of the following foods:
Fresh vegetables: Carrot, cucumber, lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, asparagus, peas, onion, artichoke, spinach, sweet potato and all herbs.
Fresh seasonal fruit.
